The Taste of Pelister – unites the entire tourist offer of Pelister and the wider region in one place. More than 20 local food and beverage producers, hotels and restaurants, travel agencies and other providers of tourist content will present their offers at the event.
Dear nature lovers, and lovers of Pelister, we would like to introduce the participants of the event The Taste of Pelister:
1. Pelister Sheep Dairy – (White brined cheese (500 den), Beaten cheese (700 den), Kashkaval (1000 den)).
2. Bukovska pepper – (Bukovska crushed and Bukovska ground pepper. The price for one package (100 grams) is 200 den).
3. Pasta Delicia – (Homemade pasta (crusts, noodles, ramen) handmade in a registered pasta production workshop. In addition to standard pasta, the event will feature pasta with garlic, red pepper, turmeric, spinach, nettle, wholemeal pasta, homemade lasagna, etc. All products will be sold for 100 den. (400 gr.)).
4. Pchelarnik Talevski – Aronia juice and forest fruits blueberries, blackberries, and olives 1 lit. – 250 den., cherry and dunk sweet 370 ml. – 200 den., honey 720 ml-600 den., propolis 20% 20 ml – 100 den.
5. Aledas Company—Village smoked sausages, 1 kg (400 den.), and village smoked sausage in village bread (60 den.).
