Pelister National Park continues with environmental education and raising public awareness among students for nature protection, developing positive environmental practices and behavior in nature.

Organized monitoring of the Balkan chamois was carried out in the Pelister National Park in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and the park employees. The monitoring was carried out on pre-planned transects.

The children from OU Kole Kaninski learned through play what the habitats are in Pelister National Park, how many species there are, the food chain in the habitats, and care for nature.

Habitats are forests, meadows, ponds, and lakes. Plants and animals live in the habitat.

The basic living conditions in a dwelling are place, food, water, and air.
