The workshop on Harmonization of the forest management practices prescribed in the forest plans for the “Vrtushka” forest unit with the Pelister NP Management Plan<\/p>\n

Prof. had an analysis of the topic. Nikolcho Velkovski from the Faculty of Forestry and Prof. Slavco Hristovski from PMF-biology, who carried out this activity in the forest unit Vrtushka, department 20 a.<\/p>\n

The first part dealt with the revitalization of stands. It degraded forest plantations through the application of environmentally acceptable practices and was completed with a focus on improving the quality of forest ecosystems.<\/p>\n

The second part was about dead forest wood which plays an important role in the conservation of biological diversity and the importance of ecosystems in forest management. It is an important part of ecosystems, representing a natural habitat and a source of life for many species.<\/p>\n

The workshop participants exchanged ideas and experiences and developed proposals for projects and actions that can be implemented for the revitalization of stands and degraded forest stands. They also considered possible financial sources and partnerships to support these initiatives to ensure their successful implementation in other protected areas.<\/p>\n

Participants: Galichica National Park, Mavrovo National Park, Shar Planina National Park, Municipality of Resen-ZP Park Ezerani, State Forestry and Hunting Inspectorate, Director of Pelister National Park and UNPP employees.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
